About the Capitol View Civic Association

The Capitol View Civic Association (CVCA) has met for over 90 years, bringing much-needed information to our community, providing a space for neighbors to meet each other, and serving as a platform for community members to voice their concerns.

 

At its most fundamental level, the CVCA is a place where neighbors come together to strengthen the community and help make and keep Capitol View a neighborhood that effectively serves the needs of the community members, from the youngest children to our most senior citizens. Through the CVCA, Capitol View neighbors come together to learn about each other and the issues impacting our neighborhood, and make our voices heard in key decisions affecting our community.

 

The CVCA in-person meetings take place at Peace Lutheran Church, 4929 Ames St NE, Washington, DC 20019 we will stream live virtual meetings via Zoom. Join our list for virtual meeting information.
